Woman's death 'unexplained' as body found in water

The body of a woman has been found in a pool in Wolverhampton.

West Midlands Police said she was found off Prouds Lane, Bilston, at about 09:00 BST.

Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene and her death is being treated as unexplained.

The force said its inquiries were ongoing and anyone with information should get in touch.
