A biker has died after a crash with a car in the Scottish Borders.
Police were called to the road between Lauder and Galashiels, known locally as the Langshaw Road, at about 15:45 on Saturday.
The biker, a 26-year-old man, died and the car driver was not injured.
The road was closed for investigation and reopened six hours later at about 21:40.
